1016 Residences: Cebu's luxury address

Pricing starts at 10 million to 45 million for the Penthouse Unit, which has its own swimming pool. All units have a maid’s room.

Cebuanos, I am told, have an affinity for water. It’s not uncommon for them to take an hour off from their daily schedule to go to the beach or to go diving.
