6/58 Lotto pot to hit nearly P700 million

MANILA, Philippines — The jackpot for the 6/58 Ultra Lotto is expected to reach almost P700 million on Sunday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

PCSO general manager Alexander Balutan said the estimated jackpot on the next draw would be around P695 million, just P46 million shy of the historic P741.2 million Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot won in 2010. 

Balutan said no one correctly guessed the Ultra Lotto six-digit combination 06-47-41-55-28-10 during Friday’s draw, which had a jackpot prize of P679,409,304. 

Meanwhile, 31 bettors won a consolation prize of P230,020 after correctly guessing five of the six winning numbers.

The Ultra Lotto 6/58 online lottery game is drawn every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

No one has won the 6/58 jackpot since February, when two bettors shared a jackpot of P331.9 million.
