Completing the lineup of officers are garment manufacturer Shigejiro Onda as vice president, Telco retail sales Mitch Alforque as secretary, with information and communication technologist Melchor Alejandro as treasurer.

New members Mike Cubos, Anthony Bowers, Jofranz Cañizares and Bronson Peña took their membership oath before immediate past district governor Me’anne Alcordo Solomon.

Newly elected president Bing Martinez emphasized the importance of making a difference in the community by action, which sets apart good intentions and actual positive results. He assured the continuity of the club’s commendable programs such as the Gift of Life, Paypay National High School rehab, the Blood Collection Project, the Don Bosco Liloan Upgrade, the Annual Spelling Contest, the Tapul WASH project, and the school chairs program.

With the formalities over, it was time to celebrate and party. The Davao-based Molave Junction Band composed of bandleader Dr. Chito Morada, broker Mario Lascano, financial consultant Bobby Nograles, banker and RCC member Amado Castaño and businessman Eris Cabrera electrified the evening with ’60s and ’80s hits. The musical arranger was Roger Arillo.
