NAIA complaint hotline launched

MANILA, Philippines - The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has launched a 24/7 hotline where passengers can direct complaints and concerns regarding the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Airline passengers can call 877-1111 “if they have immediate concerns when they are inside the building. Let’s say they have complaints about vehicle drivers. They can call, identify where they are and someone will come to respond,” said MIAA general manager Ed Monreal.

The hotline, launched on Aug. 1, is manned by the MIAA customer relations department.

The MIAA also has an SMS assistance service called Text NAIA with mobile phone number 09178396242. Passengers can also use NAIA’s trunkline, 877-1109, which is handled by 14 operators.
