LIVE account: World leaders arrive in the Philippines
MANILA, Philippines — Twenty-one world leaders will sit down for discussions in Manila for the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit from November 11 to 14.

The leaders from the 10 Southeast Asian member-states and dialogue partners Australia Canada, China, the European Union, India, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, South Korea and the United States are given arrival honors at Clark airport in Pampanga, and are greeted by 200 students performing a cultural dance. The secretary general of the United Nations is also expected to participate in the gatherings.
