Chocnut buchi, sotanghon to be served at Leni's inauguration
MANILA,Philippines — Vice President-elect Leni Robredo will be serving her guests a simple Filipino-themed fare as she takes her oath as the country's second in command on June 30.
Staying true to her word, the inauguration will be modest. As such, native Filipino menu with a twist courtesy of Verleo Catering will be served.
Robredo's media team confirmed the food list on Wednesday.

Robredo and incoming President Rodrigo Duterte will have separate inaugural ceremonies. Robredo, who will hold hers in New Manila, Quezon City, will be sworn in by Rolando Coner, barangay captain of Punta Tarawal, Camarines Sur and Regina Celeste San Miguel, barangay captain of Mariana, Quezon City.
The party will be at the Quezon City Memorial Circle on the same day.
