MANILA, Philippines – Looks like noontime show "It’s Showtime" is ending the year with a bang as two more of its hosts got engaged.
Celebrity couple Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford, tagged by netizens as "BiCol," will walk the aisle after Billy popped the question on Tuesday evening.
Director Gino Santos, who worked with Coleen in various projects, such as on independent film "#Y," steamy drama movie "Ex With Benefits" and romance flick "Love me tomorrow," shared the news on Instagram and sent his congratulatory message to the newly engaged couple.
The director was also able to capture Billy’s proposal as well as Coleen's engagement ring. The two have a ten-year age gap and have been together for almost three years now.
He said Billy prepared for the engagement for more than a year.
Meanwhile, Asian Fusion restaurant Ninyo Fusion Cuisine & Wine Lounge, the venue of the proposal, also posted a photo of the engagement on its Facebook account.
The "It’s Showtime" couple’s engagement came after their colleague Anne Curtis made headlines after she and fiancé Erwan Heussaff recently announced their engagement during a trip to the United States in November.
Coleen left the noontime show in January to focus on her other projects while Billy remained to be one of the show's hosts. The actress, however, denied that she will marry Billy this year.
In April 2016, Billy said he got the blessing of Coleen’s father for the proposal. The actress, meanwhile, said there's no rush to getting married.
The couple has not released any official on their engagement yet.
