Huge field vie in LGBA today

MANILA, Philippines - The Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association will hold two elimination rounds to accommodate the big number of entries vying in the LGBA 7-cock derby at the Pasay City Cockpit.

The first batch (52 entries) will slug it out in a 3-cock elims on Feb. 23 with the second (60 entries) to clash on Feb. 24.

Qualifiers advance to the 4-cock finals of the event backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 on March 3.

The event serves as the first leg of the LGBA Cocker of the Year race, said the group’s president Nick Crisostomo.
